What is a GladGrid Classic Mattress made of?

All of our mattresses are made with skin-friendly material with no-harm chemicals. The covers are made of pure and environment-friendly cotton, silver ions. All the fibers we use are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 approved. The GladGrid foam mattress only uses high-quality and durable foam that has been certified by CertiPUR®. You can be assured of safe use.

A high-quality mattress can be heavy. The weight of GladGrid Classic Mattress is as following:
Queen Size - 76.5 lbs
King Size - 95 lbs
Cal King Size - 94 lbs

The GladGrid Mattress will work great on any plat and sturdy surface. Whether you put your GladGrid Mattress on the base, frames, platform, box foundation, adjustable bed, or even the floor, your GladGrid mattress will do good in any room.

We only provide the standard Queen, King & Cal King size Mattresses at this time. Sorry, we don't offer mattress size customization.

CertiPUR-US® approves GladGrid memory foam which meets its program standards for content, emissions, and durability. Non-toxic and VOC free. Meanwhile, the GladGrid textile and fibers have gone through the test to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health. GladGrid is safe for whole families!

Nope. GladGrid sideboard requires no tools, screwdrivers, or fasteners. To install the stand, you just need to align the part board with the groove and insert it, then the two boards will be locked! Try to dust at least once a week; however, dusting more never hurts. And, you can use a cleaner to clean your TV stand. But please be careful to remove the big screen TV and any other electronics that could possibly be damaged before you spray the cleaner. Or, wipe it up with a dry and clean cloth is also a good choice to make your TV stand sparkle.

Your order can only be canceled before we start packing. That is said, you can cancel your order within 12 HOURS of placing. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service to check your order state and make changes to your order!

If your order status is cancelable, our customer service will issue a full refund to you. The refund should be automatically applied to the account you originally ordered with. If you don’t see your refund after a couple of weeks, we recommend reaching out to your bank for assistance, as this process varies from one financial institution to another.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a delivery notification email once your order is shipped. To track your order, you can use the tracking number and carrier info we provided in the email to check your package status. Or please log in to the "Track my order" page of our website to track your package.

Since we use a third party to ship your package, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.

As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.

From a safety standpoint, we provide no-contact delivery and the delivery signature is canceled. In light of COVID-19, some delivery windows might be extended. In light of COVID-19, the number of warehouse staff is limited every shift. Commonly, it takes around 2-4 business days to ship our order from our warehouse while it will take about 7-10 working days for the delivery. The shipped packages have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey. Sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package's actual location. How do I start a return or exchange?

We want everyone to get the best sleep possible, and know it takes a few nights, and naps to get a feel for the difference GladGrid can make. With our risk-free trial and return policy, you can try GladGrid products in the comfort of your own home. If you’ve been sleeping on another bed every night for the past few years, your body will need time to adjust to your new GladGrid mattress, pillows, and beddings. We offer a 120 night trial on GladGrid Mattress so you can take note of how your sleep improves along the way. Additionally, we believe it’s important to test out all your GladGrid products in your own sleep environment. We offer a 30 night trial on all other GladGrid products, so you can do just that.
