Return Process

What should I do before returning the products?

  • Within your trial period, contact our Customer Service Team at support@gladgrid.com to claim using your trial.
  • Our customer specialist will help to confirm the return condition of the products.
  • We will send you a return label and refund you in full.

Print shipping labels

Log in to your account or, if you are ordering as a guest, click on the order number in the confirmation email to view and print your shipping label.

Prepare your package

Put the return label on the outside of the box. To enjoy a smooth return process, please keep the initial product box, package, and accessories if you haven't decided whether to keep the product.

Free shipping

Place your return package at the local post office, sit back and relax. Please note that the return address will be included in the shipping label together.

Mattress Return Instructions

Since the mattress has been opened from the package and is hard to be compressed back into the package, we would conduct a donation for the secondary use of resources. We will process a full refund for you in the following ways:

  • Contact us at support@gladgrid.com for return confirmation.
  • The customer service will assist you in completing the donation process.
  • Send us the donation receipt you received to get a full refund.

Return Conditions for Non-Mattress

The returned products we accept must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the secondary sales. Thus cannot return product when:

  • Products that are physically damaged due to daily use or human reasons, such as water stains, burns, breakages, molds, stains, etc.
  • Original packaging is lost or damaged.

If you find any damage or other transportation problems upon receiving the package, please send photos of the outer packaging to our customer service team at support@gladgrid.com within 24 hours. This helps us provide you with first-time warranty and change.

Refunds and Return Logistics

We will initiate a refund within 2 working days of receiving the goods in the warehouse, and the processing time will be automatically postponed during holidays and weekends. The specific arrival time is subject to the turnover of the bank or financial account, generally within 2-7 working days. After you receive the notification of the refund initiation, please pay attention to the status of the refund in your account.
